Missed my hair appt today and cried for an hour

What is wrong with me?!? I had a hair appt that I thought was for 11 but it was actually for 9 and I missed it. I tried to call to come in later or tomorrow since I’m going on vacation next week and there was nothing which is understandable. And for some reason my mind and body decided to cry over this for an hour and I don’t know why. 😪
