Chili!

Here’s what I do:

Brown ground turkey in a big pot

Add two cans of diced tomatoes

1 can of corn (not in picture)

Chop one onion

Green onion (2)

Garlic (like 1 tsp of the pre chopped stuff)

One and a half bell peppers depending on size

All the spices to taste

Salt

Pepper

Cayenne

Taco seasoning (it tastes amazing)

Cumin

Chili powder

Onion

Garlic

Turmeric

Adobo

I cook on low until all the veggies are tender and the flavors blend. Then add on top of either elbow noodles or rice. Add cheddar cheese and sour cream to your bowl. I like to top with green onion, fresh tomato and avocado.

I’ll sometimes use sausage instead of turkey and it’s so good 😫
