Pregnant with #3
So 3 days ago we found out we were pregnant. Went and got it confirmed yesterday at the clinic. My first ultrasound is June 26th. But me and the dad are bigger people and he's wanting me to eat healthy for the baby and he plans on eating healthy along with me. I know there's things we can't eat and can eat. But we're trying to figure out good meals that are healthy. But I'm already having horrible heartburn so we been trying to think of bland things. We have a few things like chicken, rice, pork, broccoli, eggs, peas, carrots, spinach, and oatmeal. Do you ladies have any other healthy good food ideas to help us? It's my 3rd baby and it's his 1st. My other two boys are 8 and 6 so it's been awhile lol.
