Junk Food


Ugh, I was doing so well with eating healthy foods for the first several months, but this last week I really fell off the wagon. I’m 16 weeks today and last week I started getting horrible headaches, and since I couldn’t really take much medication - I would eat something in hopes that it would make me feel better. The problem is, I was turning to junk food. Snack cakes, chips, candy, etc. My diet made the headaches worse, and I’m starting to have a harder time moving around so I’ve just been gaining weight. Blahhhhh.

I just wanted to commiserate a little and see if anyone else feels this way right now. I’m planning on meal planning and grocery shopping soon, so I can really turn it around next week. I just feel so guilty for my little nugget. I’m clearly not taking very good care of him right now
