What is this and does anyone have any ideas how to make it go away .yesterday night my lip was really itchy so I kept scratching it and this happened

( if anyone didn’t notice I have a bump on my bottom lip) A few days ago I went to a different water park everyday for 4 days in a row . Yesterday my lips have been really dry and I usually don’t put anything on my lips because they usually moisturize on their own without lip balm . But 10 mins ago I just put some lip balm on ( which I usually never do ) because my lips were so dry and itchy . Around my mouth and my face is super dry and I have to continually put lotion on my face ( which I never do ) I am 15 btw . ( also my period is 3 days late ) Does anyone know what’s wrong or how I can fix this ?
