Breasts Discharge

The last month or so I’ve noticed with any pressure to my breast I have clear sticky discharge that has bits of white in it l, also sometimes I have milky discharge aswell. My breasts are swollen and tender but I’m definaty not pregnant. I have a strong family history of breast cancer and Tumours. I’ve also had thyroid and hormonal problems in the past. Is this discharge cause for worry?
