Another May baby!

I was due June 18th but got sent to Labor and delivery due to low amniotic fluid and a thinning cervix at one of my regular appointments . I was 35 weeks and 4 days, they admitted me on the 18th of May and monitored me for a few days while I was on bed rest at the hospital, gave me two steroid shots to help with her lungs and then on the 21st since she was breech I had a C-section. My mom and husband were able to come into the OR with me but I was terrified. Now nearly two weeks later I’m walking and moving as if I hadn’t had major surgery!. I didn’t have any pain and most importantly our baby girl Mila is healthy and did not need to go to the

NICU. She’s latching on fine and is even surpassed her birth weight.
