June 2nd - our baby Ella arrived 4 days early 💓

Waters broke and 12 hours later she was here with just gas and air.

Absolutely nothing anyone says can prepare you for the pain but as everyone says - it is totally worth it! 😍

Fullish birth story:

Waters broke at 1.40am so we went into the hospital to check baby was ok. All good but got sent home where I started contracting every 3-4 minutes. By 7am I felt I needed to go into hospital again. I was examined with a probe and wasn’t dilated at all so either had to go home again or walk around the car park! After a codine tablet to help the pain (yeh right!) we went for a walk...that was the absolute worst pain of my life. Contractions were so strong and frequent. After 50 minutes I couldn’t take anymore so went back into be examined again....I was 9cms!!!!! Midwife said, we’ll get you some gas and air now (THANKS LOVE)! 2 hours of contractions to get me to 10cm and 2 hours of pushing later, baby Ella arrived. Most amazing experience of my life with my SO and mumma by my side every second. ❤️❤️
