What should I do?

Okay y’all, so I just had a baby 8 weeks ago, almost 9 and me and my hubby had sex for the first time since we had her last night. I’m allergic to condoms (I know they make latex free, but with a condom I don’t enjoy it and can’t orgasm), I always have a bad experience with every birth control, so I have opted for no birth control. I’ve heard that once you have a baby you’re super fertile, so I was just wondering if this is true? We pulled out, but I’m torn between leaving it up to God, or getting on birth control regardless if it messes up my body.
