Help me read semen analysis

So, my nurse quickly went over this with me but haven’t been able to go into depth. Can someone interpret the total sperm, not sure how to calculate that. Also, I know “normal” is 50% mobility and he is at 54%.... so like are there guys who have 100% mobility? If so, 54% still seems pretty sluggish. Wondered about looking into the MobileBoost vitamins? Any feedback about the results would be helpful, thanks!
