Getting Pregnant After Depo

I got my last shot in March and I was due back yesterday for my Depo Shot. My fiancé and I both agreed that we are ready to TTC. I heard more negative than positives about how long it takes to conceive, but I was wondering if anyone has tried the natural remedies. I have heard of a pill called Fertile Detox. I have also heard about Lemon Water. I heard about taking Folic Acid the month before you are trying to conceive. I feel that this may work for people who have not previously been on the Depo shot. Any suggestions?
