Patience, irritation and frustration..

I am at an amazing place in my life at the moment, great home, great relationship, extremely financially stable, about to start a weight loss journey, etc..... but I have been struggling with ONE thing my entire life and it needs to stop before I proceed to my next goal..

I have no patience. Absolutely none. I get irritated and lash out in big OR small ways almost EVERY single time. I get frustrated with some of the littlest things on earth that are TOTALLY normal and I lash out and it NEEDS TO STOP.

I have NO IDEA how I can cope with these things. I NEED to learn how to have patience and how to not go crazy or one little thing. A lot of this is tied to anger issues as well I suppose.

Some of the things I get annoyed at so you have an idea..

-too many noises going on at the same time. ex, three people+ talking at once, the tv blaring, phone going off, dog barking, babies both babbling, somebody trying to talk to me GOING ON ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

-babies screetching even though I have given them EVERYthing they need and want

-baby waking up from a refreshing nap and is for some reason ALREADY crying

- when baby’s fingers and hands/arms are going everywhere and one finger scrolls my phone screen and makes what I was looking at disappear

-when baby pulls my hair

-when baby simply touches me barely 🙄 (I know I have a really bad fking issue) that’s why I’m asking for help.

-when I go to do something for somebody and all they can do is blah blah blah blah blah talk talk talk talk and not let me work in peace

Those are just SOMMMMMEEEEE of the things I am talking about. I will probably make a doctors appointment if I can’t figure out how to learn on my own how to deal with these things.

My end goal: learn how to be patient 100%, learn how to not get SO irritated and frustrated over SUCH SMALL AND NORMAL THINGS, learn how to not lash out and do something else and learn how to COPE with these things.

Coping, coping, coping. I really need help ladies, clearly. What do you do to cope in frustrating/irritating situations?
