I went to ER today for bleeding that’s been going on for a week & a half. I’m supposed to be 6w6d. But they did an ultrasound and said there was nothing there. They said it might be too early but that my HCG level is still going up. What do you guys think? I’m so sad that there was nothing and I think I’m going to lose the baby 😔

**Update** I got an abdominal & transvaginal ultrasound done. & they didn’t see anything as in the yolk sac or baby. I just had like maybe the amniotic sac? But the bleeding is light to moderate usually red/pinkish. No cramps, but maybe my dates are off? I don’t think they are but maybe.
