So my fiancé got his tattoo touched up after years of having it. The tattoo artists did AMAZING.... EXCEPT the moon (part of the tattoo). The artists DROPS his tattoo gun on the floor, but upon picking it up he completely stops tattooing to take apart/clean the tool.

Look I’m no professional and do not know how to properly clean it, but my fiancé has never had an infection and he has an entire sleeve along with other tattoos on his body.

So this tattoo is now infected where the artist continued tattooing and only there after he had dropped his tattoo gun. We called to talk to him about it but he got defensive, told my fiancé that he signed the waiver so that’s just too bad.

I’m wondering how others would react, I think the artist/shop owner is responsible.
