Student loans

Hi ladies! I've made quite a few posts about my boyfriend's step mother being crazy to him since November 2017. Well, after a peaceful May, she's back at it. I'll spare you the details because it's such a mess: Basically she yelled at him that he has no respect for her because he took her kids to his papaws to help him out (he has a heart condition and needs help because he farms) and couldn't TEXT WHILE DRIVING that her son and daughter had eaten breakfast. Okay it's important that the kids eat, but it's more important that he drive him and the kids to where they were going SAFELY, especially in morning traffic!

He wants to move out. In a previous post, I had mentioned that we both had job interviews. Well, he didn't get the job and the job I got offered paid less than what I already make. So no luck.

On said previous post about moving out, someone had commented on student loans to help move out. So my question, is how exactly does that work? How could you use it for an apartment. My boyfriend and I both have scholarships to our community college, so we're not sure how it all works and how you use it towards an apartment.
