Bfp? Or so I thought?

I sent this picture to my provider and she immediately said it was negative. I’m crushed and so frustrated. I clearly see a line. I’m about 18 days post suspected ovulation. I started having light bleeding on Wednesday (two days ago) so I wanted to make sure I was okay to use my progesterone cream to try to help if I was potentially having the start of a mc. But apparently it’s negative?

My cervix is very high, my uterus is slightly achy (not concerning), my boobs are sore, I’m exhausted, and this is negative?!
