Should i quit my job

I love my job! But i love my family more... i am currently 6 months pregnant with my second. And i can see a lot of things that could have been much more better if I would have been at home for my daughter. We live in a joint family and my mother in law takes care of her while I am at work... My mother is currently a house wife but she is planning to start working again well if she doesn’t before i have my bAby i will ask her to take care but if she does then this one will also goes to my Mother in law. My mother lives 30 minutes drive from my place it won’t be a problem to pick and drop the baby daily. But still no matter what i feel like i should quit my job take care if my kids and then lAter when they are older I can start teaching or something just fyi I always wanted to be a teacher. What should i do i am sooooo confused and plus i know I can’t bear my parents in law any more than i already am
