Help paying for college

I'm not getting any help from my parents. Last year, I was able to get the Perkins loan but my school discontinued it. So instead of pay 6,000, I now owe 11,000. I can't take out any loans without a cosigner and my parents won't apply for a parent plus loan even if they are denied. I looked into other colleges but keep running into money problems. Once I started college, my parents treated me like a guess and got a smaller house. I don't have a room, instead I sleep in their computer room. It has been a month and I have had no luck with a job back home. If I can't find a college to go to, I will have to start paying my loans in 6 months. Do anyone know how I can get money for college?
