Panicking due to the internet...again

Nearly 32 weeks and flew past this pregnancy with little issue. Then, this week hit. I acquired a really bad cold, which turned into a sinus infection, which turned into severe aggravation of my TMJ, when turned into insomnia and intense jaw pain. All while still nursing a stuffed nose and sinus pressure

I’ve tried so hard not the take any medication during this pregnancy, but I broke down this week while on a business trip and took Benadryl and Tylenol for the pain and to drain my sinuses. They worked fantastic together and gave me much needed pain relief and a good nights sleep.

Now, I’m reading articles possibly correlating Tylenol use during pregnancy to asthma and behavioral problems and I’m freaking out. I need another dose of Tylenol so badly. My doctor says it’s okay but I don’t want to do anything to hurt the baby!!!
