Low Grade Fever

Hello, FTM here at 28w. I've had a low grade fever since last night and have been taking tylenol to try and reduce it, but so far with no success. I'm not sure what's exactly causing the fever, as I have no signs of a cold or GI. I've been drinking plenty of fluids and keeping food down with no trouble. My symptoms are achy back, slight headache, and every now and again a tender groin. I can still feel my little girl wiggling all around so I'm at least a bit reassured that she's alright.

Is there anything else I can do? At what point would I need a trip to Urgicare or ER? I have a regular OB appointment on Wednesday.
