Stroller & car seat combo??

Apologies if there’s a post like this here somewhere..can’t seem to find one of these that fits my needs/wants.

I’m looking for a stroller & car seat combo that is:

- lightweight (car seat mostly)

- safe

- easy to fold and load

- doesn’t have a bunch of complicated features/buttons/parts

- Costs $400 or less

I thought I would have no trouble finding one but after checking out every stroller Target had I left feeling pretty discouraged.

Can anyone help?
