I think that any app that people r sharing personal content should be 16+. It's the parents responsability to monitor their kids social media activity tho.

My 6th grade students use Musically to gossip, send inappropriate pics and bully because their parents think it’s “just for singing.” They know their parents watch their Snap and Insta, but not Musically.
