Breastfeeding help!!!!!
Need advice!!! My son is 3 months old and I have been exclusively breastfeeding since day one! On Wednesday I had some sort of stomach bug or food poisoning maybe and ever since then my milk supply had diminished! I used to be able to pump 6, 8 sometimes even 12 ounces in 10-15 minutes and now I am lucky if I get 4 ounces in 20 minutes! Please help!! Need to know if I can boost my supply and how!! Thank you!
