My 7lb baby wore newborn clothes for like a week. Then 0-3. By 2 months he was in 6 month clothes. Now at 18 months he is in 3T. Depends on your kid. Every baby grows differently

My daughter was 7lbs 9oz at birth and was actually in preemie clothes for the first week and then went into newborn. She was in NB for about a month and a half.

First baby went right into 0-3 he was born at 8.14lbs second son was a premie and he wore newborn for only a month. I would go for 0-3.

Really Depends on the size of your baby.  I had twin preemies and my third was only 5lb 5 oz, so they were all in newborn for a while.  I'm assuming my son, due in less tHan 3 weeks, will also be small based on my history.  By my sisters kids were born over 8 lbs, so they went right to 0-3.

My LO went home at 5lbs 11oz and we had to go buy preemie clothes 😂 needless to say she’s 6 months now and is in 0-3 still!
