I'm scared

Ive been in severe pain the past 5 days I've been to the hospital twice and they have no clue what's happening to me. The first day I bleed for an hour today I've been bleeding since I woke up. I'm so tired of being in pain. Please send help. (The photo is what a nurse did to me yesterday) I've been bleeding from my lady area, the doctors have no idea what's happening to me.
