I made a post before about our landlord trying to keep all the security deposit money well we finally moved out on 5/31

we return there home the best as I could clean it and i would say even better then when we receive it. We did the walk through and we even recorded it while we we walking through the house she stated how happy she was by us leaving the house in great conditions she was very pleased and she stayed everything was good and she would be returning the security deposit in full she asked for our new address to return a letter and the security deposit. But it was not in full we only received $960.00 and she charged $590 from the security deposit I will attached the letter with what she is charging us.

2 days prior to our contact ending she message stating she had a letter for us and she brought it over the letter was stating charges that where not included in the contract of charges she will charge for damages

Carpet was clean by someone professional just how she asked us to do.

we even have the recipe to prove it.

but she is stating she has to remove the carpet do to dogs stains. My dogs where not inside so I know for a fact that's a lie.

I payed them alot of money to get taken advantage I would understand if the damages where something we did but they are unreasonable and she didn't show us proof of recipe just the better stating what she charge. I guess my question is how can I go about this.

we txt her about our concerns and how we did the walk through with her and she stated in the video she will return the deposit in full she didn't complain about damages or even the carpet I also txt saying if she did not respond or return the remaining balance we will be taking her to court for the remaining balance. Also they are complaining about a broken wood gate we fixed because her husband the landlord was aggravating our dogs by throwing rocks at them and that's why the board was broken because they keep jumping the door because he was there and i seen him throw rocks at them o was trying to take pictures of him doing so but I was able to get one picture of hes hand throwing rocks. I was only able to get hes hand when he was throwing the rocks by the gate door in the corner he was working on the house and we message him and hes wife stated he was getting frustrated by the dogs barking we still have txt messages and since they live near by about 3 minutes away they would always pass through the house or at the next door neighbor taking pictures of the house I caught him several times by the time I didn't have my phone available
