I’m really wanting to breastfeed and I saw a post about it. 
It was about how people come up and make rude comments to women breastfeeding in public.
Just curious if anyone has had this happen to them and if so does it happen often??

The world is changing and even though I live in a small town it's usually an elder that has something to say. I just think about that soon with some education and a few choice words everyone will finally understand that a fed baby is a happy baby 😀

I never breastfed in public. However, if I ever saw someone being rude or nasty to a lady who was, I'd absolutely let them have it. She's just trying to feed her babe. Nothing wrong with that.

I breastfeed in public all the time. I wear a cover but there have been times I haven’t had it and I make due. I’ve never heard a word. If anything, a man will see me and then avert his eyes. 😂

I breastfed for 16 months. Nobody ever made a comment but, honestly I liked breastfeeding in either my car or a comfy “mother’s room”. I never really liked using a cover so that’s probably why.

I always breastfed in public. I would sometimes get looks but I didn’t care. I never wore a cover but like another mother said wore two shirts and used my other hand to cover my babies face as she ate. Which covered my boob as well. 
If anyone ever stared I would just ask if they had any questions lol 
They usually looked away at that point.

I always breastfed in public with no cover (prefer the two shirt method) and never had anyone even give me a bad look! I have nursed at the zoo, at the beach, in the mall, in the grocery store at the library, out in Death Valley, in the airport like literally all over! and in 3 different states! (California, Nevada and Washington) BUT!! I have pretty bad resting bitch face 😂
