Big temp drop this morning and sure enough, mid day AF was here in all her unwanted glory.

Was really hoping for the best Father’s Day present for my hubby, but not this time. I feel like months where there is something extra make AF that much harder 😢.

Well I’ve got a few days to read up on CM and CP, that’s going to be my thing to add for this coming cycle.

Hubby also said he would start the process to get his boys tested just in case.

He wasn’t the most careful guy in his early 20s and never had a surprise so it’s got us both a little concerned. Only been trying for 6 months, but not sure how long it will take to get in. Not to mention it’s so much easier and cheaper for him to get tested than for me. If he’s clear I’ll start my process, but fingers crossed 🤞🏽 we don’t need either appointment.
