I recently got my nipples pierced around the beginning of February, they have been healing well and not giving me any problems until recently.

I haven’t done any saline soaks for a while and I have just been washing/rinsing them in the shower... but this appeared the other night? It seems to be a bump filled with pus and blood and I’m a little worried on if it’s infection and/or something I should be concerned about.

Somebody help me please, I don’t know what this is
