So there’s a lot going on but we’re gonna start with the guy I’m seeing. We’ve been dating for a month or so, and it’s going really well, he’s great. But we haven’t had the talk yet, and I’m worried he may still be seeing other people (which isn’t a big deal since we haven’t talked about it yet). The problem is, he also leaves to go back home in a few weeks. We’ll probs only get to see each other a few more times before then.

It’s stressing me out so much thinking he may be dating a few people at once, but is there really a point in talking to him about this?

He goes to med school in New Jersey and is only here to be part of some research thing which ends soon. I’m only here for the summer before I move to Kansas to finish off my undergrad. And we haven’t been dating long enough for me to feel okay about long distance.

I’m just not sure if I should bring it up and possibly make things uncomfortable, or let things get uncomfortable by not bringing it up and getting more and more stressed.

I typically would just talk to him, communication is soo important. But given how temporary this is, I’m not sure what to do.
