This is my first pregnancy, I will be 25 weeks tomorrow. Over the weekend I was having some contractions (not bad, figured they were Braxton Hicks). But yesterday, as I was grocery shopping I started having some really intense contractions, it was like there was shooting pains in my vagina and down my legs and my lower back was killing me. I had 2-3 in a row and haven’t had any since.

I called the doctor and they are supposed to be calling me back.

What do you think could cause this?
