body clueless about orgasm. need help
So i am having a little confusion about my orgasm. Like I have zero body alert anytime i have orgasm. My boyfriend is the one who sees it but i never know i do.
Also i am able to experience orgasm through him giving me head only. Any other thing will never let me have an orgasm including sex. I need help
