Medicaid inactive!

I’m due any day now. Medicaid is inactive for me and my kids. I applied back in Jan and assumed all was well since they paid for drs visits and prescriptions, but apparently they still considered me pregnant from 2 years ago and disregarded my Jan application. I guess I could have been using Medicaid all this time 🤷‍♀️. So when my yearly review was up for the boys last month I sent everything in. Now because Medicaid is taking its time processing my application, my dr won’t see me because they have been burned in the past by Medicaid not back paying them. I’ve been calling every other day for the last 3 weeks and all Medicaid tells me is that they will expedite my application and mark it medically urgent and email their supervisor. They admitted their mistake of not inputting my info back in January. What do I do?!? Do I just go to the ER when I think it’s time to deliver? Help!
