while I'm so glad that I'm pregnant, I'm really not digging all this weight gain. 😩 today my aunt told me that I was gaining the weight in my face that I had literally just worked off. before I found out I was pregnant, i was running at least 4 miles a day & doing ab workouts on the machines they have at my local gym as well as the rowing machines. & now i have no idea what to do to try to maintain a healthy weight bc that's been an insecurity of mine since I was in middle school. I was weighing 198 before i started working out, & now I'm 8 weeks pregnant & 188 pounds.((I put back on like 5 pounds which I know is to be expected. does anyone have any advice on ways that I can move past this or maybe make it easier for me to handle? I really want this pregnancy to be healthy in every way.
