TTC help!

Hey everyone! We’ve been trying to get pregnant for the past 2-3 years now with no luck, I’ve gotten an ultrasound on my tubes and uterus and everything was fine. I’ve gotten blood work and even an HSG & the results came back normal. They said since all those test came back normal there was no need for further testing. My dr told me to take prenatal pills and to do ovulation test. Besides that is there anything else I can try. We have a 5 year old boy together and he’s even asking for a baby brother lol.

Any advice and tips will be greatly appreciated :)
