Lyme?

I got bit by a tick on the 10th. Not sure how long it was on there but I found it during my shower. My period also started the same day. Since then I’ve been feeling kike I need to force myself to breathe and my heartbeat has been faster and... I guess more noticeable? Like I feel it thumping hard.. I’ve been tired... any ideas on if it could be infected? Oh, and a swollen lymph node in my public area. Just on the side the tick bite was on.
