cyst & hemorrhage while pregnant

has anyone had a cyst on an ovary or a sub hemorrhage while pregnant and went on to having a healthy pregnancy or baby? i was diagnosed with both. the hemorrhage is tiny but im worried it can grow or will cause me to have a miscarriage.. need any advice rn. im 7 weeks and 2 days
