Im sharing my story because this past week the only thing that has kept me going was reading other womens stories. I only hope my story will help someone during the most difficult experience of a lifetime♡

**WARNING** This may be too gruesome and detailed for some readers. I apologize ahead of time if you're offended by what our amazing bodies can do. I personally am in awe of all of us strong beautiful women♡

We found out on June 7th (I was supposed to be 11w3d) that our babys heart stopped beating at 11 weeks😔 It was a missed miscarriage - had basically no symptoms to let us know we lost our baby.

June 12th - Started taking Black Cohosh supplements and Vitamin C supplements to love things along.

June 13th - Continued Black Cohosh & Vitamin C 4:30pm - 1st dose of misoprostol (Cytocec) 2 200mg tablets orally like my Dr instructed me(which I assumed meant to swallow)

5:30pm - cramping

11:30pm - 1st signs of spotting - couple clots but that's it

June 14th - After some research I learned your supposed to take them buccally (between cheek and gum) so the next day I called my Dr. to tell him this (I'll be getting a new Dr next time around)

He gave me another prescription.

I continued the Vitamin C and Black Cohish today.

4:15pm - 2nd does of misoprostol taken buccally. Took about an hour to mostly dissolve then I washed the rest down with water.

8:30pm - cramping

11:00pm - water broke

11:10pm - baby came out 😭 This was by far the hardest thing I've ever had to do

11:30pm - I passed what I thought was the placenta - it was a HUGE dark red clot that literally plopped out of me..

12:00am - contractions started getting very bad! They were 3 min apart. My amazing boyfriend suggested we go outside for a walk to work thru them. This ended up making me feel so much better.

1:00 - went back inside, sat on the toilet and by 1:10 I pushed out the placenta. It was about the size of my palm..grayish blueish and a thick texture that could not easily be broken.

So from the time I took my 2nd dose of misoprostol to the end of everything it was a total of 9 hours.

I'll be calling my Dr. tomorrow to let him know what happened and hopefully get an US to make sure everything passed (which I know it did).

A few take aways from this experience:

•Physically it was MUCH easier than I expected

•Emotionally it was the hardest thing I've ever had to go thru in my entire life.

•Ultimately I'm glad I chose this route because I know that we can now start trying immediately. A D&C; would most likely have set us back an extra cycle or 2.

•The experience of going thru labor with our 11week old baby helped us get the closure we needed so that we can heal and grow from this.

If you guys have any questions please dont hesitate to ask. Thank you all for your guidance and support thru this difficult time. We hope to be sharing our rainbow baby story with you all very soon♡

RIP Baby H (still working on a name)
