43 and hoping

I’m 43yrs old my husband and I have two grown daughters from previous relationships. We have been trying to get pregnant for a year. I had to end a pregnancy last July because it was advancing as it should. Last month I got a very faint positive at cycle day 43/ way past my period prediction, then got my period with a lot of solid clots on cycle day 45. Needless to say I was very depressed.

I am 10 days past my predicted ovulation, I tested today and got a negative. But I’ve had no cramping telling me my period is coming.

Guess I’ll try again in a few days.
