Gluten and/or Dairy free
Everything I’ve been reading recently points to going gluten and dairy free to aid easing of PCOS symptoms.
But I’m really struggling - it’s sucked the joy out of food, so I can’t be bothered eating (still doesn’t stop me though 🐽).

I’ve always been quite good at cooking and would often do batch cooking but all my favourite recipes generally have one or the other in them.
Someone help. If you went gluten and dairy free - did you find it helped? What do you eat?
If you aren’t, are you losing weight?
