how do you work with a person who gets under your skin????

Like the very sound of their voice and everything they say annoys you. To make things worse they talk too much and never STFU. I try to avoid them but we have to work together.

dude is obviously mixed with some form of hispanic and white but he is confused and thinks he is a redneck white dude. he says some of the most ignorant things. like dude.....I can LOOK at you and tell you are NOT white. he will say some dumb shit about latinos...and I am thinking " I look at you tell you have Latino in you". he also acts like he knows everything. Giving out relationship advice when he just got married to wife #2. I wish he'd STFU! I am trying hard not to punch him in the face. fucking self hating ass! ughhh I can't stand his ass.
