It’s just all to much.

I have three children and am 19+ weeks pregnant with my fourth. I’m diabetic and got diagnosed with placenta accreta with this baby, which comes with a million and three other issues.

I work a full time job at a hectic firm.

My ex husband (father of my two older children) decided to take me to court because I request to modify child support to state standard.

My significant other opened his own trucking business, it’s been really hard and I’m trying to support him but I’m pregnant and alone 3 weeks out of the month.

I’ve been so overwhelmed I haven’t been sleeping or eating. I just sit up overthinking.

I don’t know what to do.
