9 days late and confused

My husband and I have been TTC for a little over a year now. I have had 2 previous miscarriages (over 5 years ago) and currently have a very happy 4 year old. I have been tracking my period and at most it might be a day or two off every couple months. Right now I am tracking at 9 days late. I have taken 3 different brands of pregnancy test, all of which are negative. I had light spotting last night, but it stopped in a few hours. I am at a loss for what could be going on. Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I get checked by my doctor?
