Is anyone else going through this? LO is 10 months old and refuses to nap without nursing or being rocked. She will not sleep by herself. I will rock her for an hour and it doesn’t do anything. I let her cry for 30 mins the other day and she finally fell asleep but only took a 40 min nap. She never sleeps longer than 2-4 hours at a time (at night). I’m so exhausted. I stopped nursing to get her to nap and sleep, but its the only way that works sometimes. Any advice?
