Possible to burn fat safely while pregnant ?
Hi!
Is it possible ? I am an avid gym goer, I lift heavy, stair master , hike, hiit, etc.
I will be adjusting my Activity to be more baby friendly but I’m just wondering if it’s possible to burn a little bit of fat was so nurturing my baby.? I worked so hard this year to lose 30 pounds due to an autoimmune thyroid disorder that I have now. I want my baby to be healthy but I also have minimal weight gain
