My baby tries ripping off my nipple..

My 7 week old ebf baby eats a couple minutes then whines and yanks off and it’s an ongoing process until he falls asleep or gives up any clue as to what is causing him to act like that?

Edit: He let’s milk run out of his mouth at points so I’d think he’d be getting plenty 🤷🏻‍♀️ or do you mean not getting milk fast enough?! He drinks from a bottle sometimes as well but does the same thing to that sometimes.
