Weaning: Is it time? PLEASE ADVISE

I am considering weaning but I can’t emotionally commit. Every time I think about it I get emotional. I know my LO won’t miss it because he eats anything from everything so he’ll be fine. He’s 8 months and I know I don’t have to even start the process but it’s just been too much to keep up with work, house chores, and attending to my LO. Any advice or experience any would like to share??? My husband just doesn’t understand.
