Pardon if this is a silly question

My 8w old baby formula feeds every 2.5-3hrs . He has been pooping an hour or so after almost every feed (6 times out of 8 feeds ) . Then plays / naps and gets hungry and feeds again at the 2.5-3hr mark .

But for the past few days , he cries his eyes & lungs out after I change his diaper following the poop & settles only after I feed him the usual . So the 2.5-3 hr mark has become almost 1.5hr between each feed . The quantity of the feed & no.of poops per day hasn’t changed but no.of feeds has increased . I am worried about over feeding him now .

What could be the reason he gets hungry immediately after poop? And how to change this ?
