I would say that your temp doesn't actually reflect that you ovulated. You may have gotten a surge but then not actually released the egg.

I typically get a temp spike two days after a positive opk. You might get yours tomorrow. The other thing is some women have multiple positive opks. The LH surge is your body trying to ovulate, it doesn’t necessarily mean it does ovulate. That’s why you use the temps to confirm if ovulation occurs. If the temps stay down, keep testing opks to see if you get another positive and bd until you get the temp confirmation
