TTC with PCOS, confused about cm

hi there. I'm trying to conceive baby #2. I'm very irregular. I've only had one period this year and it was a 3 mother (Jan-March). no concerns. I was regular for almost two years after having my first in 2015. Anyway. I've been having slight spotting these past few days. it's not been bright only light and a sort of creamy colour some pink some brown. Nothing in my underwater or on pads only when I cervix check or wipe. the picture with the tissue below is the most I've had wiping. I started with pink cm then next day nothing since its ben a mix of brown and this colour. what do you all think. cm is stretchy and sort of creamy/watery and cervix is high and open and sort of medium feeling... pregnancy tests are all negative (Internet cheapies)
